Integrated Management System

An integrated management system (IMS) combines all related components of a business into one system for easier management and operations. Quality, Environmental, and Safety management systems are often combined and managed as an IMS. IMS is better achieved through subscription to these standards which give enormous advantages and benefits to the organization meeting their intended results. IMS can also be a combination of other management systems.

ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) and ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System) have been updated since late 2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007 (Occupational Health and Safety) will be updated in 2016 to ISO 45001. With IMS, organizations will be updated on all changes simultaneously.
