Marc started at TÜV SÜD in 2006 in the structural engineering department focusing on qualification and technical design. He has vast experience in dealing with demanding construction projects in a wide variety of industries. Prior to his current role, Marc was the department head for the Real Estate & Infrastructure division in South Korea. As the business unit manager, he is responsible for TÜV SÜD global activities in the field of building lifecycle solutions focusing on digital service integration.
Mr. Robert Muench
Business Line Manager- Construction Assurance, TÜV SÜD
With a master degree in Civil Engineering, Robert has more than 20 years experience in the international construction sector. Prior to joining TÜV SÜD in 2019, he was working in several management positions in general contractor organisations.
Dr. Joachim Junggunst
Director of International Construction Technology, TÜV SÜD
As the Director of International Construction Technology, Joachim has deep experience in project management and QA/QC of international construction projects. He participated in expert surveys in both German and International construction projects and was working for a German developer before taking up his current role. In addition, he was also a recognised mediator in cases of dispute in construction projects.
Dr. Martin Saerbeck
CTO of Digital Service, TÜV SÜD
As the CTO of Digital Service, Martin leads strategic R&D initiatives of novel digital testing solutions in the domains of AI, Robotics, and IoT technology. Martin holds a degree in Computer Science and a PhD in Industrial Design. He was also awarded the prestigious A*STAR Independent Investigatorship in Singapore. He has deep passion for applied research and promotes the translation of academic results to make today’s connected smart systems safe, secure, and reliable.
Mr. Igor Gagula
Project Manager for Building Automation, TÜV SÜD
Igor is a hands-on and trained engineer in Mechatronics. As the Project Manager for Building Automation, he is deeply involved in BACnet test laboratory (BTL recognized), key account management and customer project management. Igor joined TÜV SÜD since 2013 as the expert and inspector for ventilation and air conditioning where he provided support for mechanical, thermal and acoustic measurement as well as hygienic and factory inspections.
