Regulations
Medical devices to be manufactured, imported and sold in Mongolia shall be registered in the national drug registry under all circumstances.
Guidelines
Import and export licences from the state administrative bodies are required for medical devices in Mongolia.

Telecom & Wireless
Regulatory agency
Communications Regulatory Committee (CRC)
Regulations
Pursuant to Provision 9.1.3, Article II of the Telecommunication Law, CRC has endorsed and approved the type approval guideline. This includes a list of radio and telecommunication equipment categories and a list of laboratories which have been accredited to provide equipment type approval for international telecommunications.
Guidelines
- A local representative is required.
- The validity period of the conformity certification will be issued for up to 3 years. The length of the validity period takes into consideration the validity of the equipment’s technical document and the quality management systems documents.
